The Cookie Bandit, Inc. began in
2004 with a dream of creating fresh, all natural, great tasting custom
decorated cookies and now has so much more varieties! Lisa Dominguez,
President of The Cookie Bandit, Inc. began her dream of starting her own
business where she could use her artistic talents and her love of
baking, an art she learned while spending loving summers with her
Albanian Grandma Lazzo in North Carolina. This new business allowed Lisa
to combine her decorating, artistic and cooking talents while
maintaining a flexible schedule to be available for her two (2) children.
Lisa began by decorating cookies for birthday and theme parties for
family members and close friends. Her hobby quickly expanded into a
business which grew rapidly through word of mouth. She now provides
hundreds of specialty themed sugar cookies, photo cookies, drop cookies,
giant cookies, fortune cookies, cupcakes, cake pops, cake balls, brownies, rice krispies treats,
biscotti, chocolate lollipops, brookies, and more sweet treats that are
shipped throughout the United States.
